After our visit, we sent Federico and Beki, the owners of American Bar Gemini, a message to thank them for the special experience.
In doing so, we also discovered the personal story behind the name.
'Gemini' is a tribute to their twin daughters, who were both born under the zodiac sign Gemini.
That personal story fits perfectly with the atmosphere of the bar. Everything feels genuine, warm, and made with care.

Federico and Beki told us that they started American Bar Gemini with a clear ambition.
They wanted to introduce a cocktail culture in Cagliari that was still relatively unknown. A place where high-quality ingredients, well-made cocktails, and genuine hospitality come together.
