If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur. www.webwinkelkeur.nl. WebwinkelKeur mediates free of charge. You can check whether Mood Company has an active membership via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/ledenlijst/.

If the mediation by WebwinkelKeur does not lead to a solution, you can also submit your complaint to the independent disputes committee designated by WebwinkelKeur. If you choose this option, there may be costs associated with it.
