FAQ about Shipping, Delivery and Return

When do we ship your order?

Order before 3:00 PM on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and we'll ship it the same day.

Delivery at PostNL may be slightly delayed around the holidays, for your own reassurance: order on time.

What's the delivery time?
Generally, our carrier has the following delivery time:

Netherlands 1-2 working days after shipment.
Belgium 2-3 working days after shipment.
Germany and Austria 2-4 working days after shipment.
France and other countries 3-5 working days after shipment.

When will my order be delivered?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a track-and-trace code by email so you can see when your order is being delivered.

What are the shipping costs?

To keep our prices as low as possible and also to be able to offer items of a few euros, we charge shipping costs.

For deliveries in the Netherlands: 7 euros for orders under 50 euros. Above 50,-no shipping costs.
For deliveries to Belgium: 10 euros for orders under 100 euros. Above 100,-no shipping costs.
For deliveries to Germany, Austria and France: 12 euros for orders under 100 euros. Above 100 euros no shipping costs.

How do you prevent damaged shipments?
We get many compliments for our careful packaging. We ship a lot of glassware and obviously want you to receive it undamaged. That is why we have also chosen the slightly more expensive carrier. We pack our products extra well and use high quality shipping boxes. If there is a defect, please contact us, we will solve it.

How much time do I have to return a product?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can cancel it (undamaged and unused, of course) up to 14 days after receipt without any reason. Then you have another 14 days to return your order.

Note!: An exception to this are personalized products. For example, if you wish to have a glass, serving board or gift box engraved, you cannot cancel and/or return this order.

What is the cost of returning a product?
We will be responsible for the return of the product by offering you a return label.

How can I return a product?
After you have sent us a message that you wish to cancel or return certain products to edwin@moodcompany.nl, you will receive a return label from us (via Myparcel) by email. You can print and paste these onto the package and follow the instructions via Myparcel to hand in your package. Then you have another 14 days to return your order. So very practical and simple.

When will I receive my purchase amount back?
We will refund the purchase amount you paid for the products you have returned in full to your account, provided the products have been received in good order. The refund will always take place within the legal period of 14 days, but in practice this will be within 1 to 2 working days of receipt of your return.
